Paul is an accomplished technology leader and entrepreneur with over two decades of expertise in leveraging AI and ML automation to transform commercial performance at scale. Most recently, Paul served as CTO at Deloitte Digital where he led teams delivering cutting-edge AI and ML solutions to enhance consulting ROI for enterprise clients. His career includes roles such as CTO at Magnetic Media Online, where he advanced real-time bidding ad-tech systems, and as the Founder and CEO of Causata Inc., a multi-channel optimization platform acquired by NICE Systems. Paul also co-founded Touch Clarity Inc. alongside Quantum Rise Founder and CEO Alex Kelleher, with the company later forming the foundation of Omniture Test & Target after its acquisition. His deep technical and strategic insights have also been shaped by advisory roles, including serving on the Advisory Board of University College London’s Computer Science department. A graduate of Bristol University in the UK, Paul remains at the forefront of AI innovation and application in business transformation.
