Kevin Scott is the Head of Client Delivery at Quantum Rise, where he leads the execution of AI and automation projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, fostering strong relationships, and guiding teams through every phase—from readiness assessments and strategic road mapping to AI product implementation, governance, and adoption. Before joining Quantum Rise, he held leadership positions in management consulting firms, supervising teams of over 75 consultants and spearheading multi-million-dollar technology transformations in sectors including healthcare, real estate services, and pharmaceuticals. Drawing on his early experiences at Accenture and Slalom Consulting, Kevin believes that client success hinges on a deep understanding of the problem, leveraging advanced emotional intelligence to effectively manage stakeholders, and adhering to core project management principles. Kevin earned dual BS degrees in Finance and Economics from Marquette University and was an Evans Scholars Foundation recipient.
